My name is Nikki, I’m 23 and live in the Rayleigh area.
I have over 6 years experience working with children, young people and adults in various settings. I am passionate about working with children/young people to meet their educational, personal and developmental goals. I am devoted to helping individuals of all ages to think creatively, solve problems independently and respect themselves and others. Applying my dedication and passion to help the individuals I work with succeed and my determination to help all individuals I work with reach their potential.
I hold a full UK driving licence and my own car.
My Experience
During my roles, I have learnt various strategies and ideas to help support individuals with various neurodiversity’s , such as, ADHD, Autism and PMLD.
My Qualifications
I have a BTEC Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. I have a Level 3 teaching assistant qualification, which I gained through an apprenticeship in a SEN school. I currently work in a SEMH/SEN school and provide respite for a family 2 evenings a week.
