About Me

Hi, I am a private tutor, providing 1-1 tuition, either at the student's home or my own home, where I have a mini-classroom and access to a wide range of teaching and learning resources.

My Experience

I have over 20 years' experience teaching in both primary and secondary schools, covering all subjects up to KS2, 11+ Entrance Exams and Mathematics, up to GCSE Higher level, including the new 9-1 curriculum. I have been running my own private tutoring business for 6 years now and have over 20 years' experience of teaching students from age 6 years to adults, including students with a wide range of special educational needs (including Aspergers, ASD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Mental Health/ Anxiety Issues).

My Qualifications

M.Ed (Special Needs/Inclusive Edn); PGCE (Primary); Graduate Diploma in Mathematics Education; Advanced Diploma in Child Development; CIMA (Accountancy); HNC (Business Studies).

My Availability

Daytime, evening and Saturday sessions available either at my home-classroom or remotely, via Zoom.
