About Me
Jumping J'Ollies childminding has been taking care of children from 2021 and has recently been graded Good from Ofsted.
Jumping J'Ollies is run by myself Shauna and my sister Eugenie, we both have lots of experience with children, having been in nursery's, babysitting, coming from a family of seven and myself Shauna having my own child.
We provide a homely environment with lots of fun, messy play, going out in the community to the local farm, parks and soft plays. We get the children involved in cooking their meals and baking.
Jumping J'Ollies children got recognised last year for all their hard work when entering the Eco friendly competition and were given a certificate for this, all the children joined in with planting, recycling, going for walks and then this was made into a book for the children to look back on.
Early Years Foundation Stage EYFS - As childminders we go by the EYFS when planning our week, looking at the children's next steps, we have a theme of the week and factor in special occasions. We like to focus on getting the children to be more independent and giving them lots of opportunity's to socialise and explore their individual personalities.
Meals- provided by us, healthy balanced meals and snack throughout the day.
Toiletries - provided by us.
Local farm pass - provided by us.
Milk - Parents/Careers to provide this.
Pets - Cat who is very friendly and out most of the day

I offer 15/30 hour free childcare funded by the Government and take tax free childcare.

Shauna has been looking after our 6 year old 3 days a week for nearly a whole year now. She has been nothing short of amazing. Just today I dropped our daughter at hers just because she wanted to be with Shauna, that just goes to show the relationship my daughter has with her. We couldn’t have asked for a better child minder. Shauna has a safe and friendly environment and its nice to see more and more children being looked after her.
