I've worked with children for over 28 years in lots of settings including running a successful child minding business for ten years. I am a single parent with four children, two grown ups who also work in care settings. When I'm not working or being a parent I enjoy knitting, crochet, sewing, reading (my book club meets once a month) bike riding and socialising.
My Experience
I started working with children when I was 15 babysitting in my local community. I then had two part time jobs in a morning nursery and an after school club. Once I had my own children I opened a very successful childminding business. Once my children grew up I turned my hand to nanny/mother help.
