My Requirements

I’m looking for a nanny for my beautiful, bright, kind & characterful nine year son, Sonny.

I’ve never had anyone else care for him (so we have an incredibly close bond), but I start what will be a demanding new full time role in June, so I’m looking for someone wonderful who’ll be able to help us both out…

I’m brief, I’m going to need a committed nanny for Sonny a) between 3pm and 6pm on five school days per fortnight (Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Friday), and b) alternate weekends during term-time, for up to 9 hours on a Saturday and 6 hours on a Sunday. This amounts to an average of 15 hours per week during term-time.

In addition, I’ll need full-time help (40 hours total) for one full non-school week each year during the summer holidays (and possibly a further 20 hours over the Christmas holidays).

Sonny is a caring child, with a deep interest in, and love of, wildlife and the natural world (all of our holidays are spent searching for animals in the wild). He’s intelligent and articulate, but also still young for his age in the way that he plays. That innocence is precious and something I wish to protect. He’s polite and well behaved; a good eater and a good sleeper.

I’m looking for someone who can help nurture Sonny’s ongoing development, and I’m sure that spending time with him will prove deeply rewarding.
