Hi everyone ? - nanny share Croydon (CR2)
We were part of a lovely nanny share for 6 years until we left a year ago as I went on maternity leave with my youngest (currently 15 months). Our nanny, Jaki, is looking to return to us full time if we can establish a share with another family.
We would love to find a family with a little one to join our youngest son daily and are happy to host in our home (Jaki can pick up and drop off by car - the previous family were based in Crystal Palace so don't need to be immediately local).
Ideally we are looking for a family who needs 4-5 days a week (Mon-Fri, 8-6) however there is some flexibility. Our older children attend St Peter's so there may be an option to join with a sibling if they attend there.
Jaki has 30 years of experience and has taken fantastic care of our children. She establishes a great routine with the kids taking them out and about every day to different parks, farms and classes then back home for naps and afternoon activities. She is such a warm, loving person and has become like a member of the family.
Due to it being a share, she would be looking for £16 net per hour (gross would be dependent on hours worked, there are nanny tax calculators online to get the total cost). The cost would be split between the two families.
