I am 22 years old and love working with children. I am enthusiastic and like to get involved with the children as much as I can. I use a child-led approach to follow their interests and allow for them to be engaged in their learning. I am very nurturing, I always meet the child's needs. I am able to give support or apply challenge to your child's learning allowing for them to develop confidence. I am reliable and punctual. My Experience
I have worked for over 3 years as an early years practitioner, working with children 3-5. During this time I have worked with many families and children all at different stages. I am able to understand each and every one of the children in my care and give them the best start to their life.
I have a great understanding of child development as I have a HNC in Childhood Practice where I studied documentation such as Realising the Ambition, Early Years Framework, Heath and Social care standards and Pre Birth to 3.
I have over a year experience volunteering at a child's martial arts class. I have worked with children aged 6-15 here and continue to enjoy providing support to their learning.
