Hi my names Nicola,
I have two amazing little girls one is 8 years old and the other is 6 years old they are my absolute world! Best feeling in the world being a mummy! I am kind, patient, loving and caring. I have good time keeping and I am very organised and tidy.
I have 18 years experience working with children. I have worked in a private day nursery and I am a self employed Nanny. I have a clean and up to date Dbs check and driving licence with my own car. I am fully qualified and have a Level 4 in Early Years.
My Experience
I have certificate's in sign language, first aid, health and safety etc. I can provide references and I have an up to date Dbs check. I have my own contact forms, incident/accident forms and medicine forms.
I love to sing, dance and read stories with the children. I enjoy taking them out on days out to the park, play centres, playgroups, the zoo etc. I also love doing creative activities with the children like messy play with glup, paint, play doh, cooking activities, etc.
I enjoy having fun with the children but also teaching them new things like numbers, colours, songs etc.
I have experience working with newborn babies and children up to age of 16 years old. I have a lot of experience looking after twins and have cared for 6 sets of twins altogether. I have experience working with children with medical conditions such as food allergies, epilepsy, children who have hearing difficulties etc.
I absolutely love my job and love being part of all the children's lives I care for. I love being able to watch them grow and develop, learn new things and have fun!

Nicola has been a great help to myself recently as I needed childcare support for two weeks. She has always been punctual, maintains communication and clearly loves working with children. She has a kind and gentle approach with my son who was happy to be with her. I have no hesitation in recommending her for childcare support!

Nikki was a dependable and caring nanny for our two toddlers over the past 13 months. She was consistently on time, reliable, and provided a safe, warm environment for our kids. She would bring with her a bag full of games and crafts. We appreciated how she kept our children engaged with age-appropriate activities, helping them learn and play in ways that were fun and educational. Nikki would prepare food for our children, clean up after them, and read a book and put my youngest down for a nap after lunch. She took the children on days out, to playgroups and even had little parties for them on birthdays or holidays (christmas, halloween, easter etc).
Nikki was also very communicative, keeping us updated on their day and any little milestones. She made a positive impact on our family, our children love her and we are grateful for the time she spent with us. Thanks Nikki.

We hired Nicola to come and look after our 2 year old son. After a couple of bad experiences with nurseries we were quite nervous and had a hard time choosing a nanny. It was clear within a couple of hours that we had made the right decision with Nicola. Our son took to her immediately and nothing was too much trouble for her. She'd arrive equipt with a bag full of games and learning aids and it was amazing watching just how much our little one came on week by week because of all of the activities Nicola would run with him. But more importantly he loved every second of it. Nicola would do lots of arts and crafts and days out and send us regular updates and daily reports. Throughout our time working with Nicola we also got to know her lovley children , who our children developed a fantastic bond with. Can't recommend Nicola enough. Thanks for everything Nic!

Where do I start?!
Nicola is an angel in human form. She genuinely saved me at the time I needed her most. My little one was 4 months at the time and I’d been searching for a nanny to help out in hopes that I’d be able to go back to work part time. I was really worried as my LO was only ever around me and my husband. So I was anxious about her not warming up to Nicola.
Not only that but my LO was also only used to napping either on me or very rarely would allow ONLY me to put her down in the crib.
On the very first day, Nicola worked her magic and got her to nap within minutes! I was in shock.
Ever since then, it’s been nothing but good memories with Nicola! She’s super professional, so friendly and SO creative! From all sorts of messy play to days out in the farm, the list is endless!
My LO loves Nicola now and there’s no one I’d trust more with my baby. Choosing Nicola has been one of the best decisions I’ve made my life.

Nicola was a god send for me and my clingy little girl.
She's so lovely and calming that my little girl settled in with her straight away.
Nicola does lots of activities throughout the day which I was kept upto date with, with lots of pictures and posts on a private Facebook page between me and my family, which was lovely to see how she was getting on.
My little girl enjoyed her time with Nicola and I felt so relieved to have someone I trusted with her apart from family.
