About Me
Busy working mum with 2 kiddos - 12yo girl and 5yo boy. Eldest experiences emetophobia, OCD and separation anxiety (possibly has high functioning autism). Youngest has oodles of energy but also happy to build Lego for hours! Both love being creative and muddy adventures outdoors.
My Requirements
Seeking SEND Personal Assistant for my 12 year old daughter who is currently not in education. Would like someone with experience of mental health difficulties (anxiety, panic attacks) and neurodiversity.
The role is mostly to support her to increase her tolerance to being away from me. Supporting her to build her confidence, self-esteem, resilience and independence. This is not a personal care role, she is completely independent in her personal care, more a mentor and respite for me.
* Must be kind, patient and warm
* Firm but fair
* Ofsted registered
* Prefer someone with own car (mileage paid) who could take daughter to activities
Also looking for ad hoc babysitting in the evenings and weekends (doesn't need to be Ofsted registered), which can be a separate role.
