About Me
I am a 26 year old female. I am a qualified dyslexia specialist who has worked with children and young people with a variety of different needs for 8 years. I currently work as an inclusion practitioner where I support children all over Liverpool. I am looking to use my skills to support children gain confidence in their academic abilities. My Experience
I have worked and volunteered in schools since the age of 16. I gained experience with working on a 1:1 basis with children labelled as having special educational needs. When I was 18 and moved to Liverpool I started working as a part time teacher assistant where I gained further school experience and also some nursery experience. I have grown up surrounded by younger siblings who have a diagnosis of a variety of different Special educational needs.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Disability Studies in Education
Pgcert in specific learning difficulties (dyselxia)
I have 3 A levels
I also have 9 A*-C GCSE
