My Summary

My Experience

Since graduating in 2017 from Oxford Uni, I have been working with children for most of my professional career both as a nanny and within school settings in different areas of London.

I was a Year 1 Class Teacher and Art Specialist at a pre-preparatory school for 3-7 year olds. There, I planned and delivered a range of lessons following the KS1-KS2 curriculum framework, preparing them for 7+ assessments. I was lucky to work in a fairly small school, and therefore was privileged to get to know each and every child individually, across the different year groups.

I also worked for a year as a teaching assistant, supporting learning from nursery to Year 6 but spent a large majority of time working in the nursery, which I really enjoyed.

In amongst teaching, I have been a sole care nanny for 5 families over the years (age ranges between 16 months - 14 years old).

I have also worked as a teacher in a few summer schools over the years teaching English and Art and running my own classes.

I am a firm believer in maintaining clear, open dialogue with parents/caregivers in order to achieve the best emotional and educational development of every child in my care.

10 (A* - B) GCSE's (including English & Maths)

BFA in Fine Art (First-Class Honours) - Oxford University

Part time Masters in Art Therapy - Roehampton University (2022-2025)

My Availability

I am quite flexible :) I have uni on a Monday and Wednesday and am available most mornings on other days. During term time holidays I am more available too.
