DM
Hi my name is Debs and I am an OFSTED registered childminder. I run DM Childcare and live in the Fell Lane area of Keighley with my husband. I am also a qualified primary school teacher with 19 years experience.
I provide a safe and caring environment where children learn through play. I use a variety of activities and resources following the EYFS to ensure children develop emotionally, socially and academically.
My Experience
I have worked as a primary school teacher for 19 years, working in reception and years 1,3,4 and in October 2019 I opened DM Childcare and have been working as an Ofsted registered childminder since.
My Qualifications
PGCE Primary teaching certificate
Ofsted rated good
Training course in childcare
Safe guarding
Level 3 paediatric first aid. (renewed every 3 years)
Paediatric first aid refresher course
Level 2 Food safety hygiene for catering
DBS checked and approved
And a safeguarding children course including FGM.

I would highly recommend DM childcare !
Debi has been our childminder for about a year now .she is very attentive towards our children and goes the extra mile taking them for days out and doing educational activities with them. Debi keeps you updated though the day with her childcare app ,which always gave me piece off mind expecially when my children first started.
She is such a calm and caring person , couldn't ask for a better childminder.
