About Me
I am a registered childminder and work with two other childminders. We are NNEB trained with over 20yrs experience of caring for children.
We live in the picturesque village of Writtle and have close links with the local schools and pre -schools.
We like to give the children a wide range of life experiences and enjoy visiting the local parks, shops and duck pond, as well as farms, zoo and ball parks in the area.
We also enjoy cooking and a variety of arts and crafts, water and sand play.
We work from a nice, spacious house with a well equipped play room, quiet room and large safe garden filled with lots of toys and fun things to do.
My Experience
Many years experience (over 20) working with children in a variety of settings and with varying needs, physical, emotional and social. inc:
previously registered foster carer,
worked in a neonatal unit,
worked alongside health visitors in the community,
worked in day nursery settings.
We aim to work in partnership with parents and families to ensure the children recieve a high standard of safe, fun, educational care.

We currently have vacancies for full time, part time child care and before and after school as from July 2013
Monday to Friday - working hours 8am - 5.30pm

First rate in every way. About to send my 3rd child to trisha, wouldn’t hesitate for a minute. Giving children the best start.
Overall
As a mother of two my children have never been happier. My daughter first started going to Jean and Trisha at just 12 weeks old. She is now 11! When I had my son, it was a no brainer! He had to go there too.
Working full time, my priority for childcare provision for my children was a safe, happy and fun environment to be cared for in. Jean, Trisha and Sam provide just that and more.
With their guidance and support my children have enhanced their social and other developmental skills. Their learning has been encouraged through the daily activities and play.
With the happy, secure ,friendly environment provided by Jean, Trisha and Sam, my children have always come home happy.
My daughter, still talks about her days with them. As for my son, who has now started school, it was very sad to leave them and he constantly wants to go back to them.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for excellent childcare within a warm home environment, not to look any further than Jean, Trisha and Sam.

Overall
I am a nurse with 2 children aged 3yrs and 6 yrs who have been using this childminders since they were just a few weeks old. Both children absolutely love going and have built up strong friendships with the other children as well as their carers.
They go on an outing every day - even in the rain in their wellyboots to splash in the puddles!
As a parent, the most important thing to me is that they are happy and safe and being well cared for.
The best testament is the fact that even at the weekend and on my days off, they ask to go to see Trisha, Jean and Sam!...

Overall
I am an Infant Teacher and my two children aged 1 and 6 are looked after by Trisha, Jean and Sam. I go to work each day safe in the knowledge that my children are being cared for as if I was looking after them! My eldest has been with them for nearly 4 years and has become part of the family. My youngest settled in extremely well at 4 months old and absolutely loves it! Trisha, Jean and Sam are very experienced, professional and approachable. They are flexible and care for each child as an individual. I could not ask for better childcare for my two! As three childminders who work together the children get a home from home experience but also are able to develop their social skills with other babies and children. Their childcare is excellent value for money which at this time is a big bonus!
