Helen has been nothing short of amazing! She has an incredible calming presence and both of our children (1.5 & 8) absolutely adore her. She has been reliable, flexible and most importantly very empathetic. Our toddler naturally felt uneasy the first few times, but I felt completely reassured that Helen is handling the situation well and any tears subsided very quickly. Our toddler thoroughly enjoys the time with Helen and I know she'll miss her and the fun outings they do every day. We too will miss her and would take her with us if we could. It goes without saying that she'll be the first to contact if we do ever need a nanny in Bristol again! Thank you so much for your care.
