About Me
I am married with one son (born in 2000). I love working with children which is the main reason I started childminding.
I am a fully qualified childminder living in Knowle. I am registered with Ofsted and my setting is assessed by Ofsted.
I hold qualifications in childcare NVQ level 3 and I have also received training in first aid and food safety (more details are given under 'my qualifications).
The children in my care take part in a range of activities, both at my setting and in playgroups. These activities include counting, reading, writing, solving puzzles, painting, colouring, baking, outdoor activities such as going for walks near the setting, swing/slide in the back garden, water and sand play, growing plants, going to parks etc.
My Experience
Prior to childminding, I worked at Tommy Nursery. This gave me an opportunity to interact with a broad age range of children which helped me greatly when I started childminding. Overall I have over 15years of experience in childminding + 1 year experience in nursery.
My Qualifications
I am a registered childminder with Ofsted since 2008. I have attained CACHE NVQ Level 2 (2008) and Level 3 (2010) in Children's Care, Learning and Development.
I have also received training in:
- Paediatric First Aid
- Emergency First Aid
- Health & Safety for Childminders
- Food Handling for Childminders

I work Monday to Friday (7.30-5:30). I also work flexible hours.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £8.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
Flexible rates available depending on childcare requirements, contract hours.
The fee covers the following:
At mid-morning, children have snacks e.g toast, bread sticks, raisins, cookies, fresh fruit, fresh milk and orange squash or ribena.
In the afternoon, children have fresh fruit, a pot of yogurt, biscuits or cookies, fresh milk or squash.
Lunch & Dinner are included.
Everyday, children attend play groups, and the cost of these playgroups is also included.

So pleased to find Isbah, she is a lovely, kind, patient and caring childminder. Always making an effort to do interesting things with the boys and goes out of her way to ensure they enjoy their time with her. They eat so many vegetables with her that they wouldn’t go near with me which is amazing ! I have a wall full of beautiful artwork from the playgroups they attend. They’ve been happy to go from day 1 - I don’t know what I’d do without her! Thanks Isbah 🙏 ps) she also has a lovely clean house with great toys ❤️

We employed Isbah to take care of our 2 children when they were little (pre school) and again more recently for our 3rd child and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to look after your child(ren). The children all settled in immediately. It is lovely for the children to be in such a welcoming, homely environment and Isbah always makes a great effort to take the children to play groups, parks, national trust sites and various other places to give the children a good variety of activities. The children also enjoy a good variety of activities when at home with Isbah and some times the children choose to stay home rather than go out because they have so much fun there inside and out.
It is a big decision deciding where to leave your children, but I think that you would be very happy with Isbah.

My little girl started with Isbah and has settled in really well considering she has barely been left with anyone. Isbah is really warm and caring with the children. She is really thoughtful about their needs and always trying to make sure they feel as settled as possible. We get updates at the end of each day and weekly photos. The children have a good mix of time at home (good space for them to play) and then out at play groups and the National Trust. Isbah provides lunch and tea which is really helpful.

My little one loves going to Isbahs- she provides a wide range of different experiences, regular trips to national trust properties, other activities such as library, parks, children’s activity groups as well as learning through play.
She provides dinner for the kids before pick up which really helps. But most of all she is just naturally great with kids!

Overall
My little boy has been coming to Isbah for a year now and he loves it. He settled immediately with her and is always happy to be in her care. They do lots of fun activities, go to local parks, National Trust houses and playgroups etc (when they are open!)
The other children who attend Isbah’s setting are lovely too, she has a lovely atmosphere with all the children. And her house is spotlessly clean! Couldn’t ask for more.
