I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder, providing flexible childcare from birth upwards, in a caring home environment. My aim is to support parents to help their children become independent, happy, confident and well rounded individuals, to thrive & reach their full potential.
I work reliably, professionally, with high standards and in close partnership with parents. My home is very child oriented, welcoming & friendly and I am a warm, caring, calm, organised & safety conscious person; this helps babies and children to settle quickly and securely with me. I provide wrap around care for nursery and school; this will ensure the stability, familiarity and security of continuous care for your child throughout babyhood and their school life.
I have comprehensive plans, policies and procedures which I follow covering all aspects of my setting, providing important information and peace of mind for parents. I understand how difficult it can sometimes be for parents returning to work. I fully appreciate the responsibility involved when caring for someone’s child. Parents are central to their child’s life and the ones making decisions on their behalf. I therefore always do my best to be supportive and involve parents, to instil confidence, to meet their wishes and their child’s needs, working together for the benefit of their child.
Sharing information is made a high priority, allowing parents vital involvement in their child’s day and providing continuity of their child’s care.
My training is extensive and ongoing. It includes achieving my CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Childminding Practice in October 2011. I complete a 12 hour training course in Paediatric First Aid every 3 years. I also complete courses in Child Protection, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety every 3 years. I attend training offered to support the ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ and ‘Every Child Matters’. I also attend courses on Equal Opportunities, Inclusion, Diversity and Partnership Working. I have attended many other training courses, workshops, support groups and information sessions and am committed to keeping abreast of relevant training in the future. This is all taken on outside my working hours.

My Experience
I have been childminding for 12years and I love it.
I have experience with twins and new born babies.
I go the extra mile at all times and will also help parents by tailoring childcare for your individual needs.
I am also first aid trained and also hold a food and hygiene certificate.
Meals are prepared on a daily basis.
Breakfast and lunch and dinner provided and inclusive of fees.
We provide Milk and water and smoothies too.
Plenty of fruit served each day and healthy snacks.
Children in my setting are also encouraged to be potty trained and I work in partnership with parents to reach this goal.
Before any child moves on they are potty trained and ready for primary school.
My Qualifications

Kristina is absolutely one amazing woman!! My son has been going to Kristina for nearly a year now, he started when he was 1years old he had just one day the 1st day where he cried when leaving him ever since that day my son happily runs up her path and eagerly knocks on her door. Kristina welcomes my son with a loving and caring attitude she is always smiling and my son absolutely adores her.
Kristina without fail every evening sends us a text of my sons day adventures, notifys you of his eating and when he has a little nap.
Kristina will go above and beyond for your child and is always well looked after and cared for. My son has settled in lovely and I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

My daughter has been attending Kristina’s for 7month’s. I can't emphasise enough what a fantastic person she really is. She has been a massive help to everything, from helping me with my daughter’s behaviour to potty training in no time! it has been the best decision I have ever made sending her here.
Kristina is wonderful with my daughter she looks after her and has a loving, welcoming environment.
They go on trips out and to soft play, She also has a fabulous garden and play room full of toys for them. My daughter really enjoys her time at kristina’s and is always pleased to see her.
If you are looking for a reliable, experienced, friendly and caring childminder, I honestly couldn’t recommend Kristina enough!

Kristina is an amazing and very friendly person. We have a 3yo boy who didn't speak any English a year ago when he started going to Kristina. We were a little worried how he would cope when looking for a childminder. Our boy settled in really well and liked his childcare very much. He really loves Kristina and sometimes when we go away for half term he even says he wants to go to Kristina and misses her. Kristina is a very lovely person and she always does everything to accomodate what we need and there have never been any issues. Everyday we receive a detailed message describing what they did that day and their programme is very varied, including visiting a farm, going to a play-gym, learning letters and numbers, learning about a specific topic every day and doing various experiments.

My little girl, who is now 20 months old has been going to Kristina's for a year now. She absolutely loves it there (judging by her reactions,I'm pretty sure she loves Kristina,too!). Emilia simply cannot wait to go in!
Not only is my little girl well looked after, but also receives age appropriate stimulation (a broad variety of activities) and education. At her age, she can already count up to 10, knows the alphabet and is able to name and recognise 15 letters without a fail!
The food provided is great as well. A very good variety of veggies and fruit, lean protein and healthy carbs. I wish I had Emilia's meals on my daily menu!
Kristina is very knowledgeable, well trained and educated,but most importantly, she's a warm and caring person, who is always happy to help and assist. We could have not found a better person to look after Emilia. Thank you for all your hard work, Kristina. It does not go unnoticed 💕

My son has been going to Kristina’s for around 8 months now. I was little bit nervous of leaving him with anyone as I was even more attached to him than he was to me. But when I found Kristina on here, she immediately arranged a meeting to meet me and my little one before he starts attending her setting. Kristina has welcomed me and my son with big friendly smile and amazing personality that I knew straight away that I got nothing to worry about!! 😊 ‘she is the one!’
After couple of weeks, my son has got used to Kristina that he even puts his arms out to her at the door while giving her the cheeky smile😊 he loves going there!
I could see a huge difference in his development with all the learning activities that she plans for children every single day it’s absolutely amazing. She even sends a little report at the end of the day to mention on what my son has been doing today, what he has ate etc. including birthday parties! So adorable 🥰 Me and Kristina have built very good relationship as she goes extra mile for me everytime without a doubt, especially since I am first time mum so I am still learning new things every single day😊
All I can say that Kristina is fantastic and she does brilliant job!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Absolutely fantastic with the children! The development of my 2 year old has come forward leaps and bounds since being here. Kind and caring, patient, all round generally perfect. Great communications too. Can not reccomend enough!!

My son started to attending Kristina’s setting 5 months ago and has formed a really lovely relationship with her. Before going to Kristina’s, he had very little confidence and was extremely attached to me, now i have a very confident and clever little boy. Kristina has showed my son how to be more independent, which had really helped him to develop. She goes above and beyond and is everything you could ask for in a childminder. She sends an update at the end of each day with all the activities the children have done through the day, what they have learnt and all the healthy and nutritious meals/snacks that they’ve had. I can tell that she adores all the children that she takes care of, she really has a heart of gold!

My daughter has been going to Kristina for around 6 months now. Before I found Kristina I was a little anxious about leaving my little girl as she was quite clingy and could be quite shy around new people. Kristina was always very reassuring and always let me know my daughter was settled once I had dropped her off. After a couple of weeks of taking her, my little girl couldn't be happier to go! Even putting her arms out to her at the door. This is so lovely and comforting to see. She absolutely loves going now! She's always so happy and full of smiles whenever we go. Love getting the reports at the end of the day to see what they have been up to. They get out and about and are always busy doing something. She's loves bringing me her drawings and things that they have made home. My daughter has come on so much since going to Kristina, learning lots of new things and her confidence with other children has really come on. Couldn't fault this lady! She does an amazing job! Would highly recommend 😊

My twin boys go here and Kristina is absolutely amazing with them. They are always so smiley when they come out! I always love the updates at the end of the day as to what the boys have been up to during the day. She takes them everywhere like the play gyms and also the farm. I couldn’t recommend Kristina enough. She is amazing with my boys.
