My Requirements

Hey! My partner and I would really love some help at home. We don’t have any family local and are feeling the strain big time! I’d love to buy back some time and presence with the kids ?

At the moment I don’t think we need childcare or kiddy help but maybe as time went on we would progress to one drop off or pick up. The kids need to get to know someone before they’re comfortable which is natural so I’ll leave that part for now!

What we would LOVE is a ‘housekeeper/cook’ or mothers help. Basically - a second me. Someone with BAGS of initiative. We have a cleaner 1x per week who will remain but someone Monday-Friday for a few hours to do the usual. Bins, beds, errands, food shop, laundry, a bit of cooking, a hoover just the little things.

It’s good to disclaim!! I am very very very neat and tidy. It probably needs the same personality type. (But I’m really transparent and can communicate it all well!)

I am flexible on hours. However my preference would be later in the day. It’s when we struggle the most. I’m wondering if this is a bit unusual but there we are!

My DREAM would be an hour or so in the AM after I’ve left for drop off to square up. And an hour or so from about 6pm. While I’m doing bedtime for post dinner, evening school set up mania. The kids will be out the way and upstairs (we’re very structured with bedtime)

I’m flexible on these / some days as I know this may not work but I’ve been tracking what is impacting the most.

If you baby sat 1x a month then EVEN BETTER!!
