About Me

I am a disabled mum of 3 girls, aged 7, 6 and 5. Due to my physical restrictions (from chronic lower back pain), I am considering employing a nanny/home helper, as I struggle to do things at home and look after my children. My 3 girls are full of energy and I struggle to keep up with them haha!

I now have to have my 5 year old at home in the afternoons and would like help with looking after her whilst she is not attending school. Her school hours are restricted due to SENCO needs (aggressive behaviour at school).

I will need support to be more independent with my girls, focusing on developing positive behaviours and boundaries. I'm hoping to have someone there to help me with the physical things that I struggle to do.

I'm not sure about hours or what I need to plan help with. It's mainly to help me with my 5 year old during school hours, and possibly some time with all three girls after school hours (occasional tea times).

I'm looking for any information/options /suggestions that I could be helpful to my situation.
