About Me

I am a warm, energetic and loving 24 year old female (25 in October) born and raised in London. I am looking for babysitting and childminding jobs evenings/nights mon-fri and on weekends (full flexible).

I have experience working with children of all ages providing a nurturing environment for children to learn and develop, both educationally and emotionally. I currently work with adolescents including children with Neurodiverse and SEMH needs in a local authority setting. This is a fast paced job which requires empathy, a great deal of resilience and the ability to engage children. I have been working in this field since 2019. In 2022 I graduated with a first class honours degree in BA Social Work from Middlesex University in London, this included a one year placement in a primary school in Islington and very interesting child development modules which I passed with a 100% score! I have previously been the sole charge nanny for a lovely woman with 3 under 5's and can provide references on request.

I also have 3 younger siblings of my own, one with ADHD and Autism so have plenty of experience with school runs, supervising young children with homework, preparing meals and organising activities. As you may be able to tell from my personal and professional experience, I am passionate about working with children and have a genuine interest in ensuring they grow up to be happy and kind. I am first aid trained, have an Enhanced DBS certificate and a full UK driving license and 6 years experience driving in busy Central London.
