About Me
Hello, I am a childminder and I have been a registered with Ofsted for 16yrs , I have now achieved an Outstanding grade from Ofsted , inspected in November 2022. I have gained a lot of experience especially with SEN children, I support parents to overcome any concerns they have, I provide a happy stimulating environment that is full of learning opportunities for all ages.
I work alongside two assistants and we all hold level 3 in childcare alongside first aid trained.
We also run a holiday club throughout the half term holidays, we look at all children’s interests and plan activities accordingly, but my setting is child lead so kids get freedom of choice, we support them in the 7 areas of learning, to give them the best start in life.
My Experience
20years of childcare, 4yrs in nursery and schools,16years as a childminder , 3 years as a nanny and I have been working in a nursery up to date.
My Qualifications
Level 2 and 3 in childcare, safeguarding, health and hygiene, first aid, challenging behaviour and ADHD awareness, I am also a special education needs coordinator.
My Availability
8am start and 5.30 finish, 5 days a week Monday to Friday all year round
I can also access free 2, 3 , 4 yr funding
I can support parents by offering 20% tax free childcare or 80% paid by universal credit parents only pay 20% of the invoice .
