About Me
Hello, I am 24 years old and I have always loved being around children, it’s something im very passionate about and my top priority is them and enabling them to learn in various ways. I started out baby sitting from the age of 14 years old for family friends and then I went on to work in a nursery at 16 just for the summer to gain experience. After then I went to college to get my level 2 and that’s what took me onto a nursery job where I passed my level 3.
I started my first nanny job in September 2021 looking after 2 children both under 4 years old. My job involves preparing meals for lunch and dinner, batch cooking sometimes. I also enjoy taking them on days out (such as to local parks in the area and soft plays) and doing fun activities such as arts and crafts especially for special occasions.
At the moment I’m with a Family in The Surbiton area, who I’ve been with since Sept 2022. However as of January I am only working 2 days with them and looking for a new family for 2 days ideally Wednesdays and Thursdays but can be flexible if needs be.
My Experience
I have previously worked as a student in a nursery whilst I was completing my level 2 Cache Qualification. I was able to gain the experience of working within all ages varying for 6 months old to 4 years old. I worked in a nursery as a nursery practitioner where I also gained my level 3 qualification which now makes me a qualified member of staff.

Louisa has been our family nanny for the past two years, looking after our children aged 6, 4 and 10 months when she started! Before that, she was the key worker for both of our boys at their private nursery, and in between, she was a nanny for a family in Wimbledon. She is the most wonderful nanny - loving, attentive, adventurous and creative. She grew up locally and has so many ideas of what to do with the kids, but is equally brilliant at creative activities at home (much more creative than me!) She also cooks for the children (again, better than me!) and takes our daughter to lots of activities and toddler groups in the area and knows other nannies that they socialise with.
Our youngest is starting preschool in January and so she is staying with us 2 days a week but looking for another part-time family.
