My Experience

We offer a warm, fun, and friendly Forest School that provides school holiday only childcare on a Tuesday and a Thursday.

What is Forest School?

A Forest School is a long-term outdoor education process that is holistic and learner-led. It allows children to develop themselves through healthy engagement with risk, problem-solving and self-discovery, all within a natural environment in a hands-on and thoughtful manner.
We are based New Pasture Lane Community Centre, Burstall Hill, Bridlington YO16 7NR

We are professional, passionate, and empathic about supporting each individual child that we care for in a safe, natural, outdoors, stimulating, and fun environment to help them achieve their full potential. As a registered Childcare provider, I have adopted ‘The Forest School’ style to support the learning and development of all children in my care during the school holiday.



Forest School is the modern-day style of childcare in the outdoor environment that encourages children to use their imagination and provides a setting that is committed to your child’s well-being in a personal growth and play in the great outdoors. In today’s society, a child’s imagination and personal growth are drowned out by technology and plastic toys that “think” and “speak” for a child.

At Bridlington Forest School, our the main goal is to create a setting that ignites a child’s growth through curiosity, awe, and wonder by placing imagination and creation back into childhood.
We feel proud to provide childcare that fetches imagination, curiosity, and wonder back into childhood.
