My Experience

Since September 2022, I have been working as a self-employed nanny, providing attentive and nurturing care to children from infancy to 8 years old. My role involves managing daily routines, including meal preparation, hygiene, and educational activities tailored to each child's developmental stage. I create a stimulating environment through creative play, educational games, and outdoor activities, adapting quickly to changing schedules and environments to accommodate parents' work commitments, such as filming schedules. I have experience caring for children with special needs, including autism and ADHD, and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their children's progress. My focus on emotional well-being ensures a supportive environment, especially during parental absences, and I have developed strong rapport with families, earning their trust through reliability and genuine care.

Additionally, I currently work as a Footlights Teacher, where I create scripts, choreograph dances, and teach songs to children aged 3-7, ensuring they have an enjoyable and well-managed classroom experience. From September 2023 to December 2023, I served as an external nursery exercise coach with Stretch-N-Grow, conducting dance routines, promoting respectful behavior, and educating children on health and safety while traveling to multiple venues daily.

Since January 2023, I have provided wrap-around childcare on an ad-hoc basis, caring for an 8-year-old, preparing meals, assisting with homework, and organizing fun activities like craft and baking nights. My past au-pairing experiences in Menorca and Mallorca (June 2020 – August 2020 & July 2016 – January 2017) involved caring for children at various stages, from toddlers to tweens, ensuring they had engaging routines, assisting with home-schooling, and organizing daily activities such as crafting, painting, cooking, and park trips.
