About Me
Walking a mile in a child's shoes, is an important viewpoint to maintain, when providing support; as each individual child has their very own life story.
I am a calm, kind and caring person, with an easy-going persona; whom can relate well with all children.
I have knowledge upon the EYFS Framework and the National Curriculum and how they are implemented into practice.
I also have two degrees: BA Hons Degree in Childhood Studies and a MA in Early Childhood Studies Degree. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge on child development and well-being.
My main objective within my employment, in childhood, is to build and increase children's personal, social and emotional development. I am passionate about building children's resilience, independence and self-esteem; through positive reinforcement.
I have experience working within the following child developmental ideologies: Montessori Approach, Forest School Learning, and the Reggio Emilia Approach.
