Hi, I’m Paige!
I am offering a high quality babysitting and respite services for children with and without special needs. I am DBS checked and have training and experience in all aspects of special needs care. I have an undergraduate degree in Special Educational Needs and am in the process of finishing my Master’s in Childhood Autism Studies. I specialise in caring for children with autism spectrum disorder(s), however, I have significant experience working with and looking after children with ADHD, ODD, PDA, Dyspraxia, Mobility difficulties, Visual and Hearing Impairments and Mental Health Difficulties. I pride myself in delivering the best possible care for children with and without disabilities.
My Experience
I have been working with children since I was 16 years old, in particular, children with special needs. I have a wide range of experience and knowledge surrounding childhood development, communication strategies, play therapy and I ensure that all children in my care are cared for with respect, kindness and dignity. I have work experience as a Youth Worker, a SENCO at a nursery, a Playworker for a SEN charity and an Early Help Autism Project Worker.
