About Me
I’m an ex primary school teacher available for occasional evenings.
I love children, I enjoy reading with them, working on projects/arts and crafts and would be happy to take them to a local park or to daily commitments. Experienced in sensory play as well.
I can also offer private tutoring for specific subjects for an additional cost. I have experience with children with learning difficulties and special needs such as Autism, and have worked with children who speak English as an additional language or being raised as bi-lingual. My Experience
6 years primary teaching experience ages 5-11, various experience working within special needs.
I studied and worked within child development ages 1-11 years.
Since June 2020, I have cared for a mix of children (ages 1-13) in their own home, including child led activities, communication activities, helping with homework, daily/bedtime routines and tutoring.

Teaching degree (PGCE) for primary and Early Years Foundation Stage,
Bachelor degree in English Lit: minors in Business, Theatre and French.
A level Psychology, English, and Theatre Studies.
8 GSCEs inc English, Science and Maths
NVQ level 1 - multiple safeguarding qualifications, first aid, introduction to autism, pool safety training, team teach de-escalation training, allergy awareness, personal health, well-being and nutrition, introduction to adult social care, digital skills

- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
Flat hourly rates: 14 one child, 16 two children or 18 three children
Tutoring rates include learning plan, additional teaching and tutoring resources, assessment against the national curriculum and start at £22 p/h
