My name is Kirstie, I’m 24, I’m a fun, loving and dedicated girl. I’ve always worked with children and love seeing them learn and grow through exploring our world. I am currently at university studying for my counselling qualification, I have a massive interest and passion in children and young people’s development and mental health.
My Experience
I have been working with a special needs school from the age of 17 so 6 years now and I have worked my way up in those years. I started as a support assistant to then a senior support assistant and now an unqualified teacher with various age groups. I have many training certificates gained from my years at work included a challenging behaviour qualification.
My Qualifications
Child care qualification level 3
Studying counselling at university
Many training days completed and certificated working with children with special educational needs
Previous medical training
My Availability
I would be available Monday - Friday every morning. Evenings are Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Friday - would need to have Tuesday afternoon off in order to attend uni. Occasional babysitting and weekends can be offered. Also some time in the day off in order to be at placement for my course; I am a student counsellor at 2 Grammar schools 1 is Tuesday @10:30am and then Thursday from 11am - 1:30PM
