communication

Communication wasn't well at all when it comes to collecting my child she's asking other students if my child's coming which is wrong in my eyes as the job was for the child minder to collect my child

Yes... I often time have to ask the other 2 children or the school whether or not your child will be collected by myself. As there was no communication from you, with numerous amount of warming about your lack of communication you still refuse/fail to communicate with me in order to provide the best possible care for your child. That is the reason why I had to terminate your contact.. As stated in our messages I have many other parents who relies on me and communication is the key between myself and those to provide the best care for their children..
I do wish you all the best going forward.

waste of time !

Stacy did not get back to me I was awaiting for her to get back to me as she signed my contracts but didn’t get back to me when I needed my forms for funding support signed . She knew I needed it done and she did not support in getting them done she was more into getting money than supporting people who really needed there support for childminding that’s what I felt she was more interested in as she mentioned to me that if my children came to her or not wasnt an issue which was very offending to me . Very upset I cudnt get a childminder at that time of need had to rearrange elsewhere! If u hate time wasters best to check elsewhere and do not waste time with Stacey !

Firstly I had no knowledge of who you were when yourself and a friend showed up at home unannounced and uninvited. I agreed to meet with you as a later stage in which I ended up holding my spaces for you for aleast 4 months from July until November free of charge due to your constant use of being a single parent. I explained my contact to you in person, you agreed to my terms and conditions however you were not willing to cover your childcare costs. I've then explained to you that you're welcome to find another childcare providers as I'm not able to provide you with free childcare and aslo I find it unprofessional to be goings-on back on forth with you over your childcare payment. You've used the single mother card several time in which I then explained that I myself is a single parent of 4 and this is my job, in which I use to pay my bill and take care of my family. You are entitled to your review however when trying to discredit some else's reputation please do so knowing you're right in which you're not. I think you're being vicious I stop communicating with you a number of weeks now, however here you are leaving a review that I feel you're hoping somehow will be damaging to my reputation. As I've said in my final message to good luck to you and that other childcare provider.

zero competence

I had an appointment with Stacy on February 21 at 10am she was not at home when I called her, she did not answer the phone and did not reply to any text messages.zero competence!

Hi Ewelina, am sorry you feel such way, your appointment in my diary with me is dated 25th February 2022 @ 10Am.. As for me not returning any phone calls, Im unable able due to work phone out for fixing because a child was sick all over it. As you did not leave your name when you visited my home a few day ago in my absence there was no way of me knowing who it was.
