My Summary

My Experience

I am a qualified social worker, graduating from the University of East Anglia in 2015. I worked for 2 years in a child protection team in Trowbridge until I moved to Ecuador. In Ecuador I worked mainly in child and youth development, which involved working with children and teenagers managing and developing after school clubs and overnight camps. My work focused on emotional health, while also providing classes in gender equality and drug prevention. Most of my activities involved arts and crafts, and I believe that creativity is essential when working with children. My work has provided me with a lot of experience working hands-on with children of all ages, from new-borns to teenagers, furthermore I have previous experience as a nanny and babysitter. Finally, while in Ecuador I lived with two young boys (1&10) for two years, and during this time I spent a lot of my free time caring for them, as well as potty training and teaching them English.

My Qualifications

I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology, and a masters degree in Social Work.

My Availability

I work Monday to Wednesday. I have availability to provide childcare on Thursdays and Fridays, and evenings and weekends.

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
