About Me
Home from home environment I work alongside my wife, julie hobley-flitcroft, who has been qualified for over ten years she holds nvq level 3 in early years care and education also hold a teaching assistant level 3. We both have first aid training and safeguarding training, food hygiene. I am a qualified childminder, with all the relevant qualifications We have a strong love of animals and have lots of pets including dogs, cat, and a tortoise . I am an outgoing person who love to teach and watch the children grow and develop, not only the curriculum but also life skills. I have a very hands on approach to life and love to encourage the children to try new skills. We will be using the EYFS to a high standard of planning activities and observing the children. We will pick up and drop off from ravensdale primary school only. currently have a full time space available Mon to Fri minimum of 2 days a week contract
My Experience
I've had lots of experience planning activities and observing children and completing Learning journals and linking this to the eyfs. I have three children of my own i have experience with autism as our children are nuro diverse and just gained a qualification in learning with autism.
