We are looking to employ a house keeper for 15 hours per week, there would be no childcare involved.
A little about us
I am a full time NHS doctor and my husband works in London. We have two children, a 4 year old and 1 year old (they have childcare). We also have a small, sweet dog called Noodle (who we might need occasionally walked if you are happy to do that).
We would like someone who would "just get on with it" and is self directed. I would like someone who could manage all the cleaning, tidying, laundry and cook 2-3 family meals for us. Being able to cook is a must.
We are very flexible with the hours, in terms of how they're done whether that is 5 hours three times a week or 3 hours 5 times a week. I think this job may suit someone who is looking for school time hours. We would give annual leave and bank holidays. I would do all pay via payroll, and would also do a pension.
We have employed a Nanny, and she has been with us for over 3 years and she always says she loves working for us and that we are lovely employers. To us she has become part of our family. We are hoping who ever becomes our house keeper will also be with us long term and we can have the same relationship.
