About Me
I have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the subjects I tutor. My lessons are active, fun and energetic; delivered with care and empathy.
I like to ask my students lots of open-ended questions so that I may understand their way of thinking and tailor my teaching method to them.
I love what I do. I learn so much from the students themselves that - as a self-proclaimed lifelong learner - I leave each session feeling truly grateful.
I have tutored children aged 5-18 in mathematics.
I have experience tutoring for 6+ and 7+ entry exams
In my down time, I like to kick back with a good book or spend time with friends. I am currently training for a 100km walk for British Lung Foundation.
My Experience
6+ and 7+ entry prep
Tutored 2 boys for their entry exams into St. Paul’s, Kings etc. I focus on question interpretation and exam technique as well as understanding the mathematics needed to succeed
GCSE
Tutored up to 4 students at a time, on a weekly basis in a high school setting.
Delivered in a school setting, online, in groups and 1:1
Recently achieved a 2 grade improvement in 10 weekly 1 hour sessions, with a group of two year 9 students.
KS1 and KS2 Mathematics, Science and Physics
Delivered online during Covid-19 lockdown.

Completed my Maths GCSE 1 year earlier than expected.
