My Experience

I am a qualified Primary School Teacher currently living in Frankwell, Shrewsbury. Certificates in Safeguarding, Autism, ADHD, Hearing and Visual Impairments, LGBTQ+ inclusion and English as an Additional Language. Prior to commencing my PGCE I was a SEN 1:1 at a primary school in Exeter, and have a wealth of experience in various childcare settings-working both with kids with SEN and with those without additional needs. 10 years of experience working with kids, both in voluntary and paid positions including: 2 years in a SEN summer camp in the US, 1 summer as 'Teen Club Supervisor' and 'Creche Supervisor' in a Kids Club at a 5* resort in Greece. As part of this role I was responsible for the safety and the enjoyment of children aged between 5-16. 8 years tutoring experience with both SEN and neurotypical children (KS1, 2 and 5). Before that I worked as a part-time nanny and private tutor for a young boy with SEN and Cerebral Palsy for 5 years.I have taught children's boxing and martial arts classes and enjoy training and competing in my free time

My Qualifications

PGCE Primary with QTS University of Manchester.
MA Philosophy, Merit, University of Exeter
BA Philosophy (1st class honours) from University of Exeter
Paediatric first aid certificate
Enhanced DBS checked.
CPD Level 1 Safeguarding Children certification.

My Availability

After school care and overnights
I finish work at 4pm and available from then onwards.
Also available on weekend evenings

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)

£15.00 hour babysitting (evening childcare)
£17.00 per hour babysitting after 10pm
£20.00 per hour tutoring
£15.00 per hour nannying (daytime childcare)
