About Me
I would like you welcome you to FAAB childminding. I am registered Childminder from Queenzieburn and I am a member of the Scottish Childminding Association, the only association in Scotland dedicated to supporting childminders, which helps me keep up-to-date on all relevant changes in legalisation and policy relating to my business.
As a childminder in Scotland my business is registered and regularly inspected by the Care Inspectorate. My aim is to provide a high quality and affordable childcare which promotes and respects the children giving them a choice in what activities they are allowed to do. I will provide a safe and friendly atmosphere where children can learn and have fun while their parents go to work or education.
I offer full time and part time places. I offer flexible service to parents from Monday to Sunday. I am however, flexible to take children on Sunday if necessary, please contact me for further information on this
My Experience
As a childminder with over five years of experience and caring for 3 children simultaneously, I've had the privilege of caring for many children and have grown immensely in my role as childminder. My journey has been filled with moments of joy, challenges, and countless opportunities to learn and adapt. Each year has brought new experiences, but by this point, I’ve developed a deep understanding of child development, behaviour management, and the importance of building strong, trusting relationship with the children.
I have also developed strong, trusting relationships with the parents. I make it a point to communicate openly and regularly, sharing each child’s daily progress and any areas for concern or celebration. By creating this open line of communication. I’ve been able to build a strong partnership with the families, ensuring that the children’s growth and development are well supported both at home and in my care.
After over 5 years experience in the business, I can confidently say that childminding is not just a job- it’s a passion. The experiences I’ve had from helping children reach developmental milestones to building trusting relationships with families have been incredibly fulfilling. I’ve grown as a childminder, learning to adapt, nurture, and support each child in my care. Every day brings something new and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the children and families I work with.

My 2 children (3 years & 2 years), have been going to Bazgha nearly every week, for over a year. To summarise - She is amazing!
My children absolutely love her, and always ask for her. She involves them in lots of activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Bazgha has always gone above and beyond, and taken care of my kids even on very little notice. She is always willing to help.
I couldn’t recommend her enough, she is excellent! ❤️

My boys have had a great time coupled with outdoor activities. Bazgha is great with children and is very flexible with time. Should we ever need a child minder she’ll be our go to.

My two girls age 3 and 7 have been going to Bazgha for a while now and they love it , very happy girls when I come and pick them up and they tell me lots of fun things that they have been doing , drawing , painting making things ect and in the summer they go out to parks . Bazgha is a lovely lady and I’m very happy with the service she provides . 😀😀

Bazgha has been my son who is 3, childminder for nearly a year.
Bazgha is an amazing childminder and is always so kind and caring. My son loves going and runs in every morning. He would go everyday if he could! He settled in really quickly and really enjoys his time with Bazgha and her family. Bazgha knows my son really well and is always flexible if we have had to change our days which has been very helpful.
I would recommend Bazgha to everyone , we are so glad we met Bazgha 😊

Not been with Bazgha for long but she’s a great childminder! My son always looks well looked after and happy after I pick him up. She’s also flexible and understanding when I’m unable to pick up on time due to emergencies.
