I love animals (particularly dogs,) I'm always singing, i enjoy art activities and messy play, aswell as cooking and baking. I have an in-depth understanding of early years and was most recently a nursery manager in Brighton and have over 8years nursery and childcare experience. I strongly believe children learn best through play, enabling environments and meaningful interactions.
I have ADHD myself and have experience with SEN - I've learnt makaton throughout my time in nurseries and enjoy learning and using new signs.
I speak Spanish to a basic level and lived in Spain for a year when I was 18 as an au pair and worked in a bilingual nursery. Currently hold an enhanced DBS, safeguarding lead training, safeguarding level 3, paediatric first aid, food hygiene and allergens certificates

I have over 8 years professional experience working with children, mostly 0-5 years. I was most recently a nursery manager and prior to that a lead educator in the baby room. Further to this I have experience working in primary school in both reception as a classroom assistant and as a SEN assistant with 7year old.
