About Me
Hello my name is Natalie I live in a house with a large garden and forest play area surrounded by the nature reserve right on our doorstep. I have a large play space that is purely for the children to play learn and grow together. I have just registered with OFSTED and am fully qualified, insured and experienced.I have worked since 2018 as a childminding assistant with two amazing childminders and we call ourselves the RIVERSIDE RASCALS!
I have been childminding from 2018 and I love what I do!
My mission is to provide children with care and quality education in a lovely setting, which promotes learning and successful development where children will thrive.
I take children on walks through the nature reserve and Radwell where they have the opportunity to be in nature and learn from their surroundings. We visit parks and interesting places. We walk everywhere and sometimes we go on in the car.
I provide healthy snacks. All children have the opportunity to sleep or have quiet time to rest as and when needed and according to their personal needs.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for six years as an assistant. Looking after babies from 10months to children up to the age of four. I have worked with and helped parents whose children have additional needs. I also have three children of my own that range from 14 years old to 18months
My Qualifications
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce.
Safeguarding certificate
Food and hygiene level 2
Health and social care distinction
Makaton level 2
full paediactric first aid course
