About Me
I am a single Mum with an awesome, kind, funny daughter. I am a screenwriter and often need extra support while I'm working to a deadline. I've had a very creative career, working as an actress most of my adult life, and also worked as a playwright, musician and oil portrait artist. My daughter is absolutely amazing and fun to be with. She sleeps through the night with no wakes. I have a diagnosis of Autism, and I believe that my daughter may be on the spectrum too, and I am in the early stages of getting her diagnosed, so anyone with experience in this area I would be very interested to meet too. My daughter’s challenges are around perfectionism, and she’s very bright, so if she spots a chance to get a sneaky late bedtime with you or an extra treat she’ll take it; she responds well to calm, consistent authority- like a ship’s captain. Once she knows you’re consistent and in charge, she’s a fantastic listener.
My Requirements
I'd like a babysitter who can babysit one evening a week (usually Tuesday) while my daughter sleeps (I do bedtime), someone who can occasionally to do bedtime for me when I have a dance class on a Monday evening, and every week or fortnightly (still working this out) to do a school pickup, dinner and bedtime for me.
