My Experience

I’ve been taking care of kids since I was really young as my little brother has Down’s Syndrome and I was always surrounded by his friends as well, turning out very experienced on dealing passionately with this kind of special needs children.

For 2 years (2013 – 2015), during university, I’ve worked full-time for a family taking care of their twins (20 months old), where was responsible for all duties and little house tasks regarding them.

In 2017, right after graduating, (I’m a lawyer in Brazil), I’ve worked full-time for a family, taking care of their little girl (1yo) until she started nursery school, when I became her babysitter on weekends. Most recently, based in Italy, I’ve been babysitting her (now aged 5yo) during our Italian citizenship processes, so the parents could work.

By the end of 2020, I've started a live in nanny job, caring for caring for a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl, being responsible for all the duties regarding the children, as well as implementing age appropriate discipline, setting boundaries and helping them achieve milestones by teaching everyday tasks for development.

In addition, over the time, I’ve got I have over 10 years of experience on volunteering jobs at nursery schools, orphanages and special needs institutions, where I would take care of children and all of their tasks and needs.

My Qualifications

I’m responsible, careful, patient, open minded and kind. Due to my personal experiences, treating people with equality and respect became my major priority and goal.

My Availability

Full time, monday-friday. Babysitting at weekends and some evenings are possible.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
