About Me
I have 20+ years experience working and caring for children. I have worked and managed a nursery before I became a childminder. I have a degree in early years & SENCO trained.
My house is a 3 bed, with a secure back garden.
I have 2 children as a small friendly dog. As i already have children my house is child friendly already filled with pleanty of resources. We attend a variety of local groups through the childrens centres.
We do arts and crafts, baking, messy play, construction, small world play, role play, dressing up and many more activites as part of our daily routine.
We particularly enjoy forest school which we do quiet a lot as we gain so much experience from it.
Each child receives a daily diary which lets you know what your child has taken part in each day, as well as other information such as what they have eaten.
I am available from 8.00 until 5:30pm mon-Thur although I can be flexible on my working hours. i offer full/part time day care aswell as before & after school inc holiday cover. (St Clements school Runcorn)
Funding also available for 2,3 & 4 year olds.
I become a chilminder to be more available for my family whilst they where young, my children are in high school now but I understand how hard it can be juggling work and childcare, therefore i am able to be flexible in the care i can offer you and your child.
I enjoy running and spending time wiith my family.
My Experience
Since I gained my Childcare qualification in 2002 I have worked in 3 Nurseries where I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge surrounding childcare.
I have worked my way up from a Nursery Nurse to becoming a Nursery Manager (2010).
Since qualifying I have kept up to date with relevant childcare courses, and recently completed a Foundation Degree in Childcare.
I have worked with all ages 0-5 years within the nursery age and been head of room within the 0-1 years and 1-2 years before becoming manager. While I was manager I worked with all ages while observing and demonstrating good childcare practice.
I have been a childminder since 2011.

Diploma in childcare Education (DCE)
Foundation Degree in Intergratred Practice (Childcare Early Years)
Special Needs Co-Ordinator (SENCO)
First Aid
Safegurding
HEEYS (healthy eating early years)
My Availability
I offer childcare between the hours of 8.00am until 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday (these hours can be changed if needed)
i have vacancies available on a temporary and permenant basis and can start immediately. i am able to offer emergency care at short notice and also offer school holiday care.
I also am available to drop off and collect from St Clements primary school Runcorn.
