About Me
Hello, my name is Helen. I originally grew up, and lived in London, but moved away to have a family of my own. I have lived in Bedford for 15 years. I started childminding in 2006. I was graded as Outstanding again in December 2015 by Ofsted. I've also completed NVQ 3 and I'm also an Accredited Childminder.
I have a designated playroom for the children, and we go out on lots of trips to the local playgroups, parks, the local woods, library, and Woburn Safari within the week.
My Experience
I have all the experience that you gain from the joys your own children give you. I regularly update and attend training through Bedford Borough Early Years.
I Have been registered and working as a childminder since 2006.
My Qualifications
I previously gained my qualifications as a chef and hospitality manager. Once having my little boy I registered as a childminder and then completed all the required training to become a childminder.

I try to be as flexible as I can, and will always work with you to meet your family needs. My normal hours are from 7.30am - 5pm.

Helen has cared for my youngest since we moved to Wootton and she has been absolutely amazing. The children love going to her and the range of things she does with the children is fantastic. They have been to the zoo, the farm, made the most lovely Mother’s Day gifts, drawn, played, read, played music, the list is endless. I cannot recommend her enough. She gives us information daily on Josh and cares for the children so well.

Thank you Jennie. He is an absolute joy to look after. Josh is part of lovely family. We are very lucky we have the pleasure of looking after him. He will be missed dearly when he moves on.
My daughter has spent four fabulous years with Helen. I worried about going back to work full time but Helen put me at ease by ensuring that my daughter had a home from home experience with her and was treated like a princess. Helen provided my little one with a wealth of experience. My little girl was always kept busy with activities in and out of the house. Helen spoils children in her care rotten and attends to all of their needs. Helen ensures that all children in her care feel safe and are happy to spend time in her care.

I was super lucky to find Helen when I got let down by a previous childminder. My daughter was instantly happy with her and in her couple of years there blossomed into an amazingly well rounded little girl. Bel loves Helen and going to school and leaving Helen's care was emotional for all of us. Helen has a permanent place in Bels heart and ours. Bel was well prepared for school and made an easy transition to school. Helen is amazing and helped us out many times through changes and issues. Any child that has Helen to care for them will be very lucky and their parents too. Be assured that your child will love Helen she is great!! thanks for over 2 years of care and love for Bel (and her brother during holidays). We Miss you!!

HI my name is Jas and i have a litlle boy who is now 4 yrs old.I was very lucky to find out helen bhambri was a childminder and also {a bonus} she lived right opposit me, so i asked if she would take care of my child at the the age of 15 months.she has looked after him very well and my child loved going there and still goes to see her now as he has made a special bond with her, Helen is a very nice,kind and caring person and would go the extra mile for you, shes always got fun stuff for the kids to do even when its raining!.I would highly recommend her to anyone whos looking for a childminder xx

My little boy has been with helen since he was 9 months old . Logan loves goin to helen as they are always doing exciting things . Days out to woburn safari park, arts and crafts, swimming to name a few things logan gets up to whilst im at work. He is very happy at helens and is constantly learnin new things. He gets on well with the other children. If you are looking for a safe place somehwere where your child will be looked after and treat like a prince or princess then i highly reccomend helen. With regards to helen keeping me informed this happens daily im always told what logan will be doin for the day and have an online diary with photos and his daily activities. My 10 year old daughter also goes to helen in the holidatys not because she needs to but because she saw what a great time logan was having she wanted to go to helens to. Helen is my star
