We're looking to continue having live-in help with our kids, Victor (16 months, Jul 2021) and Zadie (2.5 years Dec 2019). We have loved having Nannies for the past couple of years and have found their contributions to our family really impactful.

Our current live-in Nanny has made the tough decision to move back home and so we are looking for someone to move in before November 25th 2022 for ~12+ months. This is a great job for an experienced nanny or someone with childcare experience that would like to save on rent/bills and really invest in our kids.

A bit about us: We are Martha and Mike Campbell, two Aussie professionals who moved over to London 5 years ago in 2017. We love travelling, good food, our friends and great conversation. We have two incredible kids Zadie and Victor aged 2.5 and 16 months. Having two kids so close in age has been an adjustment for us but with the help of our past Nannies we are loving every moment of it.

Zadie is bold, cheeky, adventurous and her favourite line right now is "I want an ice-block". We toilet trained her a bit early at 17 months old and she proved to be a fast learner!

Victor just started walking (and quickly moved on to running). His default reaction to meeting new people is to smile and laugh which is great. He is terrified of the Happy Birthday song though!

Mike's day job is in sales at Microsoft and he's working on Netflix. He's a good laugh and is VERY optimistic.

Martha is a commercial lawyer who loves to chat, make Ottolenghi meals, drink only the best coffee, travelling, and adventures!

Our local area is great, it's close (45mins) to central London on the train/tube and we have some beautiful parks like Grovelands very close by. Our local Starfish cafe is a destination and the King's Head pub at Winchmore Hill is Mike's favourite. Zadie and Victor are famous at both establishments.

So if you like the smell of freshly ground coffee beans in the morning and can put up with some Australian accents then we'd love to meet.

A bit about how we work during the week:
We both work reasonably hard and Mike sometimes travels for work. While we strictly keep to the 8am-6pm duty hours some flexibility is appreciated in the rare cases when Mike is travelling and Martha is on a deal.

We're looking for a live in nanny with a driver's licence and a willingness to join us on some holidays (Our last Nanny came with us to Sweden and Corsica and we're currently making plans for January!)

We love the outdoors and would like you to drop and pick up Zadie from Forest school 10 mins up the road (9am -3pm) 3 days a week (hence the drivers licence requirement). We would love you to spend quality time with Victor during the day and take part in whatever activities you'd like on our monzo card (monkey music, play groups, soft play, the zoo etc.).

You'll have a large room with 3 bay windows looking out over the garden with high ceilings. You'll share a large bathroom next to your room with the kids and the parents have a separate bathroom.

We have a deep respect for Nannies and are keen to pay proper wages with a pension.

We can give a reference from our last two Nannies.

Summary: Start date before November 25th 2022, 50 hours, 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, overseas family holidays, large room, no bills, drivers licence but no car required, light housework, £28,000K-£35,000K gross based on experience.

Application process: Video phone call with Martha, 2 hour trial (can pay transport costs), offer letter, reference check, standard nannytax contract, start.

We'll ask questions on the topics of:

- Suggested foods
- Suggested activities
- Approach to incidents
- Right to work check
- Driving experience

Start date: Before November 25th 2022.
Duration: ~12+ months
Duty hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
Desired Schedule:
- Pick-up / drop-off via car at forest school 9am-3pm for Zadie 3 days per week. Sole care the other days.
- Sole care for Victor 5 days
- Light housework (kids laundry & keeping house tidy) - we have a separate weekly housekeeper for cleaning
- 1 night babysitting per week (bonus).

Salary: £28-35K Gross depending on experience.
Room: Large room with 3 big bay windows overlooking the garden. High ceilings, TV (Netflix & Prime), Double bed, Couch, Large wardrobe.
Bathroom: Large bathroom shared with the kids. Parents have separate bathroom.
Drivers Licence: required, we have a BMW x3 to use for the kids.
