About Me

My name is Megan, I am 29 years old, with 6 years of childcare experience, I currently work in a nursery, where I care for children ranging from 9 months to nearly 5 years old. In addition to my professional experience, I have a 2.5-year-old daughter, which has deepened my understanding of child development and the day-to-day joys and challenges of raising a child.

In my nursery role, I am responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment, planning and implementing educational activities, and supporting the children's social and emotional development. I truly love working with children because I find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, learn, and discover the world around them.

I am now looking for a range of roles, including being a nanny, babysitting and housekeeping, instead of settling for a nursery position because I want more flexibility in my schedule and the opportunity to work in different environments. This allows me to gain diverse experiences, tailor my work to suit my skills and interests, and potentially take on more responsibility, which can be both rewarding and enriching.

My goal is to continue making a positive impact on young lives by working part-time, ideally for three longer days a week. I am excited to find a position where I can apply my skills, continue to learn, and contribute to the well-being and development of the children in my care.
