WONDERFUL

Geraldine had looked after my eldest daughter since she was 7 months old. We loved Geraldine and the environment she provides so much that we secured a place for our smallest child, she started in October aged 6 months. Geraldine is kind and caring and is always out and about with the children. No 2 days are the same. We are very happy with the care provided and can not fault her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Geraldine to anybody looking for a childminder.

Brilliant!!

My daughter Nylah is currently minded by Geraldine and has been since she was about 6 months old - she will be 4 next month and very sadly leaving Geraldine's care in the summer for school this September. Nylah has spent 4 days a week during term time learning, exploring and having the best time on her adventures with Geraldine! Geraldine makes the most of the local area where the children get to do lots of outdoor activities as well as attending local toddler groups. Geraldine is kind and patient and has helped shape Nylah into a wonderful, kind little girl - something we are extremely grateful for. In fact we have already asked for our new baby to start when Nylah leaves this Autumn.

Hannah's time at "Didi's"...

Well, its the end of an era for our little Hannah. Four years have gone so fast but in that time, SO much fun has been had. Hannah started with Geraldine (or "Didi" as Hannah re-named her) when she could barely walk and attended for three days a week until it was time to start school. During these impressionable years, Hannah has had adventures in forests and woods, made fantastic models and paintings with art & craft afternoons, attended toddler groups with games and prizes aplenty and has made some great new friends. Even when a birthday or such like rolled around, she always came home with a little personalised handmade card to mark the occasion. Wonderful.

Geraldine is someone you can trust implicitly with your child. Her professionalism shines through and her ability to capture a child's imagination and keep them entertained for the duration of their stay is a testament to her skill set. Along with this and all other aspects of childcare, safety and well-being, she is a true consummate in this field.
Hannah will miss "Didi" but she'll see her again.
Thank you, Geraldine - you've given her the best start in life and very best of luck to you. Have fun with your new little treasures.

Rory’s time with Geraldine

My son has been going to Geraldine since September and he loves it. He goes everyday, some half days and a full day. Each day is filled with a range of activities, children go out to all the local parks, play areas and walks then lots of activities within her home. Rory had settling in sessions first, where Geraldine played with him and explained everything to me, showing us her friendly home environment. My partner and I receive lots of pictures and messages of Rory’s day, it’s lovely to see what he’s doing and how happy he is playing with his friends.
I would recommend Geraldine to any parents looking for a friendly, reliable and caring childminder for their child.

My son has been with geraldine for nearly a year now, geraldine is a lovely friendly woman who has a great passion for looking after children. She has an amazing child centred approach to her work. She does a large range of fun activities and gets the children involved, my son loves the adventures she takes him on and when hes not out exploring he is having fun indoors learning new skills and being creative. Geraldine from day one has always been willing to go above and beyond to help out when I am ever stuck, even on extra days. Geraldines home is safe and secure, I feel 100% safe leaving my child at her home. The garden is well looked after and has loads of fun activities/toys for the children to play with. I also love how Geraldine will send me pictures during the day of my son and how much fun he is having (this is what gets me through work). I would highly recomend Geraldine to anyone looking for a child minder.

A fantastic learning environment.

Hannah has so much fun at Geraldine's, she is always busy exploring and gaining new experiences, whether it be in meadows, on a woodland walk, playing or doing craft. She takes the time to talk to us about the events of the day and how Hannah is progressing. Geraldine is so caring and truly one of the most loveliest of people and Hannah enjoys her time with her and the other children. We couldn't ask for a better person to care for our little girl!

Excellent childminder 100% recommend

I have had Geraldine since my son was 6 month old, he has come on in leaps and bounds with her.
She does loads of different stuff with the children and writes in my sons own personal diary every time with everything he has done, she takes them to different playgroups and various activities.
Geraldine has been a fantastic help with my son, he has been very poorly and Geraldine has not thought twice about learning and having training to learn how to look after my son and she has been excellent.
I would highly recommend her to any parent.

Thankyou, it's a pleasure to care for your son.
I agree he has come so far from when he started as a baby and he too has coped like a little star with his illness just accepting what has to be done.
Only 18 months left caring for him, it will be sad to see him move on.
