About Me
Hi! I’m Alice - a 23 year old bubbly, friendly and compassionate female. I am a qualified midwife, working at Royal Surrey and have lots of babysitting and childminding experience, with children aged 6 months to 13 years. I have extensive first aid qualifications through my job and lots of newborn experience from work.
My Experience
I am a qualified midwife working at Royal Surrey, and have managed ad hoc babysitting/nannying during holidays whilst I was training. Prior to uni, I cared for multiple families, simultaneously and solely, for many years. My most extensive childminding experience was nannying for a family of three for a number of years, starting during COVID lockdown for a 9 month old, 2 year old and 5 year old. I still babysit for this family now, showing the strong relationships I form with families and my reliable nature.
My Qualifications
I have completed both my GCSEs and A-levels with high results! (A levels - A*AA). In July I qualified as a midwife with 1st class honours. I have also undertaken childcare courses and have up to date extensive first aid qualifications through work.
My Availability
I would not be available for the same shifts each week, so I would be more suited to someone looking for ad hoc support/nannying/babysitting. I’d be particularly interested in supporting with a newborn but more than happy to provide any babysitting or ac hoc childcare!
