About Me

My name is Debbie McDougall and I live in Stepps with my husband Stephen who has undergone an enhanced disclosure Scotland check. I am a fully registered childminder with the Care Inspectorate and I am also registered with the Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA). I am registered as a food business with the local authority. I am a full member of the PVG scheme.
I will provide a safe, caring and relaxed environment with a range of activities both within the house and outdoors.

My Experience

I have previous experience working as a nanny and have grown up around children as my mum was a childminder.

My Qualifications

I am a fully registered childminder with the Care Inspectorate. I have an NC Childcare and Education and have completed the Introduction to Childminding course with SCMA. I hold an up to date Baby and Child First Aid and Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certificates.

My Availability

My hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 6pm. Please contact me for availability.

Excellent Childminder

I would highly recommend Debbie. My little boy (2) has settled so well in her care. After our first meeting, as we were going back to the car, he said he liked Debbie’s house. She is fantastic, she is compassionate and nurturing. She offers a safe and fun environment and genuinely cares for my little boy. We are working together on his development plan ensuring we have a plan designed specifically for him. She offers a wide range of activities, indoors and outdoors, to keep my little one occupied. Debbie is professional and accommodating. I am so pleased we found her.
