I’m a responsible, caring and creative person who brings warmth, energy and thoughtfulness to my work with children. I believe that every child is rich with potential, capable, curious and full of ideas. I approach nannying with deep respect for each child as an individual, and love creating opportunities for them to explore, express themselves and feel truly seen and heard. I’m a big fan of outdoor play and believe getting messy is one of the best parts of childhood! I enjoy creative activities like art and music and being out in nature. My Experience
I’ve spent over 15 years working with young children, with a particular focus on babies and toddlers under the age of 2. I’ve worked as a nursery manager in Bristol, an early years art specialist in an international school, and an early years advisor and trainer for educators. I have hands-on experience with sleep routines, weaning, toilet learning, emotional regulation and supporting developmental milestones. I’m confident managing the day-to-day practicalities of childcare while also nurturing each child’s sense of wonder, independence and emotional wellbeing. I stay up to date with current child development research and bring that knowledge into everyday practice with care, flexibility and joy.
My Qualifications
Ba honors in Child and Adolescent studies.
NVQ level 3 in Child Care and development.
Advanced Pediatric First aid
Advanced Safeguarding and Child Protection certificate
Special Educational needs training
Variety of upskill courses on areas of child development
