what let down!

Let me down last minute after agreeing to look after my kids leaving me with no time to sort alternative childcare. Avoid! As I never had use of her services I can't comment on anything else.

This lady didn't understand that my staff member was unable to work due to an illness
I didn't think someone would be so unkind !
