About Me
I am very passionate and enthusiastic about my career I love what I do and have continued to grow in my profession as I am currently completing a BA (hons) in primary studies in the hopes of becoming a Early Years Teacher (with QTS). My experience includes 6 years in the childcare sector where I have worked within 2 nursery settings gaining a wealth of knowledge for the Early Years. I have been providing babysitting, part time, for many years since I was 16 and now being 23 I still enjoy providing childcare for existing families and new ones
My Experience
Since 2018 I have been working in the childcare sector. First gaining basic knowledge in my childcare course in secondary school. I moved on to gaining my level 3 childcare and education qualification at college in 2020. I spent 2 years working towards it, doing various different work experiences (such as primary schools and nurseries). I was employed as a nursery practitioner (room leader) for 5 years. In 2024 I started working in a primary school, specifically the autism resource base, where I have gained valuable knowledge and experience of providing care and education for children who are neurodivergent.
My Qualifications
I have completed my;
> level 2 childcare
> level 3 childcare and educators
> Pediatric first aid training
> I'm working towards becoming a primary school teacher. Currently studying a BA (Hons) in primary studies at University.
My Availability
Sometimes on a week day evenings
Friday - evenings
Saturday - all day and evenings

We’ve had years of difficulty trying to get out for the evening - our 7 year old boy has really struggled with separation anxiety at night, and any attempt to go out for a meal has often ended in disaster. Phobie has been brilliant. She put him at ease straight away and he has had rave reviews both times we’ve used her, which is a huge step from before. She’s brilliant to deal with, super polite and friendly and with great communication. Big thumbs up from us!

We have and continue to use Phobie, as our one and only babysitter. She looks after our 3 children (all boys) on occasional evenings and weekends. She is flexible in meeting our needs, on time and always arrives with a smile on her face. Our kids really look forward to her looking after them. She is honest, trustworthy and very reliable.

Phoebe is kind, really caring nature, she spends time getting to know my daughter through good conversation. As above she is punctual, understanding and negotiable. I would really recommend for looking after any child.
