About Me

I am a mature student currently studying at the University of Winchester in Primary Education (with the goal of becoming a qualified primary teacher!). I have a real passion for childcare and children and am an extremely reliable, friendly and caring person.

My Experience

I previously worked in a nursery for 3 months on a placement. I am also currently studying towards a Primary Education degree, which I am very passionate about (and would be more than happy to tutor or help out!). I work at the Outdoors Project during non-term time leading activities for groups of children between the ages of 5 to 11. I also previously babysat for family and family friends as well as teaching young children to swim at my local swim club. I have an up to date DBS and subscribe to the update service too. I also have first aid experience from being an air hostess, as well as lifeguard training when I was younger and am currently undertaking my paediatric first aid training.

My Qualifications

I have an access to HE diploma in Education as well as currently studying towards a Primary Education with QTS (BA) hons degree.

My Availability

I am currently off for the summer so am free during the day, evenings and weekends in term time. In non-term time I am free in the evening and weekends as I work at the Outdoors Project.
