My Summary

My Experience

February 2023 to Present
I currently help out a few days a week with families in Bristol ages ranging between 5 months to 12 years of age and have up to four children in my care at once. I balance this around my degree and am regarded to be very reliable and caring getting to know the children and families well so as to support their needs in the best way possible. I have helped greatly with getting the kids used to be apart their parents and slowly integrating them into childcare. I help out in many differnt areas from nappy changing, playtime, bed time, school runs and meals whilst making sure the children feel comfortable and entertained. I am also an adhoc babysitter for families around Bristol.

April 2021 to Present
I spent time with a network of families in my hometown before coming to uni and continue to if I return home. They found me through the childcare.co.uk website or recommendations and trust me greatly. My role involves taking and picking up children from school, taking them to clubs, planning activities, making them their supper, helping with homework, getting them ready for bed and most importantly playing and engaging with them indoors and out. Over my those few years of childminding I have looked after wide range of children each with very different personalities, ages and wants with up to five kids being in my care at one time, ages ranging from 3 to 12.

Busy Bees Nursey, Lewes
I have also done a various array of work experience at Busy Bees Nursery in Lewes East Sussex. During this time I helped out different ages from the baby room all the way up to 5 with tasks such as getting the kids active outside, creative activities, interactive play, care as well as lunchtime and naptime whilst making sure the kids were safe and looked after.

My Qualifications

I am currently workign towards a Bsc at Bristol University and am on for a 1st. I have 8 GCSEs with grades A-A** and three As for a level. I've also attained by bronze Duke of Edinburgh, government run national citizenship service award and level one sign language amougst other qualifications and awards.

My Availability

I am awaiting my univeristy timetable for september but it is often quite flexible and my weekends can always be made free.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)

My fees can very depending on how many children, what I'll be doing and your rates :)
